  I, too, was excited to have an Auntie Anne's in Farmington. However, I have been horribly disappointed In the management of this store. I've given them three chances. Each time the manager was very rude and I had to wait over 10 minutes for my subpar pretzels to be ready. I will not give them a fourth chance.

  It was a refreshing experience to have walked up to the counter and be greeted with a smile and welcome business.
  Farmington's idea of customer service is rarely exceeds a "hello... how do you do? How can I help you?" (All with a smile).... so I thoroughly appreciated the short but very satisfying interaction I had with the manager Esther. Thank you!! Thank you for not turning out like every other business you find in farmington... but exceeding the poor minimal standards this town sets.
